Genese Alvarinho is an elegant, fresh, and mineral white wine. It displays a citrus aromatic profile, with very well-integrated acidity among subtle balsamic notes, tropical fruit, and a velvety texture.
Winemaking:
Genese Alvarinho is a white wine produced in the Vinho Verde Region with white 100% grape varieties of Alvarinho. The wine has fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. After the fermentation process, part of the wine was staged in mixed-oak barrels (barrels that in their construction have woods of different origins), in contact with fine lees, where it was subjected to a regular stirring prior to being decanted, mixed and bottled.

Genese Alvarinho is a white wine that presents a bouquet of complex aromas dominated by citrus fruit aromas, interspersed with touches of tropical fruit aromas, particularly pineapple. It exhibits a fresh and mineral profile, with a round texture and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
